The Studio

The studio is located at 22 South Frederick Street, Dublin 2.

This is a short street, running parallel to Grafton Street, and running from Molesworth Street down to Nassau Street,and we’re located at the Trinity College end. So if you’re walking from Grafton Street along Nassau Street,turn right at Blarney Woollen Mills and we’re almost opposite you, 1st. floor, over Brewbaker’s Café.

Just press the bell and come on up.

If you’re driving we're very close to Setanta Car Park.

The studio has a very relaxed atmosphere, we don’t stand on ceremony but we do see people by appointment only. This is not being stuffy, it’s just that we’ve found this is the only way to ensure individual attention, and making an appointment doesn’t commit you to buying.

Once inside you’ll be taken through the collection by Richard himself. Don’t be put off by the fact that most of the samples are size 12; this is simply because they have been made for models for our press show and besides, since the outfit you choose will be made to order for you, size is not a problem.

Everything in the collection is available in a range of colours and fabrics so you’re not restricted to exactly what you see on the rail.

Having chosen, and paid a deposit, Richard will take your measurements, give you a swatch of the colour you’ve selected and that’s it. We like to keep it as painless as possible.

In a couple of weeks we’ll contact you to make an appointment for you to come in for a fitting, This is when the garments are at the half way stage and look awful, and final adjustments are made to ensure correct fit. Occassionally a second fitting will be required and this will be decided at this stage.

If you were travelling from the country we would do our best to schedule either second fitting or collection in the same day.

The next appointment you’ll need will be for collection. It’s always better for Richard to see the finished garment on and most clients are happier with this.

After seeing it on, hopefully you’ll leave happy with your purchase, ready to stun.The entire process takes approximately three weeks.
